Leading the eLearning Transformation of Higher Ed - Part Three: Sustaining the Innovation

Please note: This is Part 3 in a series of 3 webinars. You will need to register individually for each webinar you are interested in attending by visiting our Webinars page.

Leading Beyond the Organization

The personal, professional, and institutional benefits resulting from networking and external engagement can be significant. In this webinar, presenters will propose that engaging beyond an individual’s department, college, campus, and system should not be viewed as optional, but as an essential role of leadership. Participants will discuss the importance of these activities for current and future leaders at all levels of the organization.

This session will specifically address the changing environment in the context of virtual conferences, meetings, collaborations, and social interactions. The challenges faced now in maximizing engagement in a virtual setting are not insurmountable. The strategies have changed, and we suggest, more opportunities have emerged. Join the discussion and hear how being involved beyond their own organization has provided multiple benefits for online learning leaders. Come share your experience and be part of the conversation!
